Conclusion: For improved mood, alertness, reduced anxiety take a walk outside. Salt lamps don't work, they don't emit negative ions. Though electrostatic air purifiers do produce some ozone. And ozone is harmful and producing negative ions safely could be quite complicated. Taking a walk outside is much easier.

My takeaway on the salt lamp: If you're going to buy one, but it for the ascetics - not purported health benefits. And, yes, getting outside into fresh air is always good, as long as that air, truly, is fresh.

Of course salt lamps work! They provide just a bit of ambient light to my room while I'm sleeping. And if I have to get up in the night to go to the bathroom, I can see. So, yes! Works perfectly! This is the first video from you (I have just seen 3) that, I couldn’t digest. Is there a study on how Nature affects us in terms of mood, by just being there and smelling that fresh air from the ocean or forest or water fall? We have only studied exercise related effects? I guess he would like us to test our thirst level before we go for a drink, see if our body actually needs water or it is just our false feeling/thinking 🤔 Just the look of the lamp is pleasing in it self, sure does work at that level, has an instant soothing effect! Can you test that Mattie ?

Seriously ? its like people claim you put their magnet on your water pipe for clean ionized mineral water free of pollution and chemicals
